Europe Swiss Standard (10 days) / Swiss-MRF
The Swiss weather model "Europe Swiss Standard" covers the European
mainland and adjacent islands and as being developed and operated by the
Kachelmann Group. In contrast to other deterministic ("master") runs,
ensemble data joins the model driver, which raises forecast accuracy
especially in the forecast range 4 to 8 days.
With currently 12x12km it offers a horizontal resolution comparable to
most global models. The Swiss medium range model extends 10 days into
the future and is updated 4 times a day.
You can choose various parameters like temperature, precipitation and
many more via the menu.
